Graduate Student Award Nomination

This annual award is open to students from IUB, IUPUI, Purdue, and the University of Notre Dame and recognizes an outstanding graduate student in Neuroscience. Students within 12 months (before or after) of earning their PhD are eligible. 

The successful candidate will receive a $500 honorarium at the 2024 Gill Symposium.  

Students who would like to be considered should submit all of the following documents (incomplete applications will not be considered). After completing the information form below, please upload one PDF, which includes:

• a cover letter introducing yourself;
• a one-page description of your doctoral thesis project; and
• a curriculum vitaecopies of completed manuscripts (published, or in press only). 

In addition, your advisor must email a signed nomination letter to GillCtr@indiana.edu by the the submission deadline.

Submissions will open in Spring 2024, and will close approximately one month prior to the symposium.
